LODGE STATUS AND MAINTENANCE
The Lodge is in excellent shape with many new lights, carpet, fittings, equipment and furniture.

2009 WINTER BOOKING RATES
Offpeak rates - from Mon 1 June to Sat 4 July and Sun 6 Sept to end of season.
Peak rates - from Sun 5 July to Sat 5 Sept.

The 2009 Booking Form has the following additions:
- requirement for email address (if applicable) for every booking - for faster communication and database update
- tick box and email address field for booking confirmation
- table of the 2009 rates
- tick box if 20% non-member discount is being claimed
- notice stating that we cannot accept bookings from disabled persons requiring wheelchairs as the lodge does not have disabled access.

NEW NON-MEMBERS DISCOUNT:
From Sun 16 Aug until end of season, 20% discount will be given to non-members if a minimum of 15 people book for a complete week - basically booking out the lodge for a week. This is a saving of $110 per person in peak and $70 per person in off peak.

ROOM 5 POLICY
A premium of $50 per person is charged if Room 5 is used exclusively for 2 person occupancy.

BED ALLOCATION UPDATE
It should be noted that bed allocations made by the Booking Officer and posted on the Notice Board are final – unless by unanimous agreement of all other persons concerned.

2009/10 SUMMER RATES
Minimum opening rate is $700 - with no linen supplied.
All people must bring their own bed linen and towels.
